1. General Warning & Medical Disclaimer

By using GSSE Trainer, you acknowledge that while we strive for accuracy, medicine is an ever-changing field. You are responsible for verifying all information against official college resources.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

By creating an account, you warrant that:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age. This Service is not intended for children.
• Professional Status: You are a medical student, junior doctor, or surgical trainee. This tool is designed for professional revision, not layperson education.
• Personal Use: Your account is for single-user use only. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.

3. Subscription, Payments & Refunds

Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds: Since this is a digital product with immediate access, we do not provide refunds for "change of mind" or if you simply fail the exam. However, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the service (e.g., if the app is technically unusable for a prolonged period).

4. Service Availability

While we strive for 99% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted. We may experience downtime for maintenance or technical issues with providers (Supabase, Vercel).

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including the question bank and code, is the intellectual property of Arun Mangalath Anil. Scraping or reproducing content is strictly prohibited.

6. AI Disclaimer (Vesalius)

• Supplementary Use: AI content is for revision only.
• Verify: You must verify AI explanations against standard textbooks. We accept no liability for errors in AI generation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims is limited to the total amount you have paid to us. We are not liable for indirect loss, including loss of exam fees, income, or career progression. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
