1. General Warning & Medical Disclaimer

By using GSSE Trainer, you acknowledge that while we strive for accuracy based on standard anatomical texts (e.g., Last's, Gray's), medicine is an ever-changing field. You are responsible for verifying all information against official college resources.

2. Accounts & Security (Strictly Personal Use)

Your account is for single-user, personal use only.

• No Sharing: Sharing your login credentials with others (including study groups or colleagues) is strictly prohibited.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if we detect simultaneous logins from different locations or other evidence of account sharing.

3. Subscription, Payments & Refunds

Access requires a paid subscription. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Refund Policy: As this is a digital product with immediate access to proprietary content, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind." Refunds are only provided where required by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (e.g., if the application is technically unusable for a prolonged period).

4. Service Availability & Updates

While we strive for 99% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

• We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues with third-party providers (e.g., Vercel, Supabase).
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content (questions, features) at any time to maintain medical accuracy or improve the service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including the question bank, explanations, code, and "GSSE Trainer" brand, is the intellectual property of Arun Mangalath Anil.

Prohibited Acts: You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service. Attempting to scrape our database will result in immediate legal action.

6. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features

By using the AI-assisted features of GSSE Trainer, you agree to the following:

• Supplementary Use Only: AI-generated explanations are intended solely as a revision aid. They must not be treated as a primary source of medical truth.
• Verification Required: You accept full responsibility for verifying any AI-generated content against official textbooks and RACS guidelines.
• No Liability: We accept no liability for errors, omissions, or examination failures resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

• Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for any claims is limited to the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• No Consequential Loss: We are not liable for indirect loss, including loss of exam fees, loss of income, delay in career progression, or emotional distress resulting from exam results.
• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
