We use cookies primarily for Authentication (keeping you logged in via Supabase). These are essential for the service to function.

We also use minimal performance cookies (Vercel Speed Insights) to monitor site latency. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this will prevent you from logging in.

4. Data Storage & International Transfers

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (Database) and processed by Vercel (Hosting) and Google Gemini (AI).

While we are an Australian business, some of our service providers may process data in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using the service, you consent to this transfer. We ensure our vendors adhere to strict security standards (SOC2, HIPAA, or ISO 27001 where applicable).

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your learning history for as long as your account is active to provide performance analytics.

Right to Deletion: You may request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@gssetrainer.com. We will process this within 30 days.

6. Security & Breaches

We employ Row Level Security (RLS) and encryption to protect your data. In the unlikely event of a data breach likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected users and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
